I'm an Enterprise member and installed Rewind. The cheapest plan I can select is $59/month - but a shop my size should be able to subscribe to one of your smaller plans. Why am I being charged more?

Typically, Enterprise customers want the longer backups and faster restores that come with our Lite Plus (or higher) plan. For this reason, we default their store to this Rewind plan.

However, as an Enterprise customer, you are eligible for any plan, so long as you fit within the parameters of the given plan.

If your store qualifies for a cheaper plan and you wish to downgrade, simply let us know by contacting us at help@rewind.io and we'd be happy to manually make the switch for you.
