Within your Rewind Vault, there are two different ways you can rewind your Products in the event of any type of data disaster: (1) Restoring individual Products (one by one), and (2) Restoring ALL Products at once.

1. Restoring Individual Products

  1. From your Rewind Home Page, in the Rewind Vault section, select the Filters button and narrow your search to products. If you're looking for a deleted product specifically make sure the 'deleted' content box is checked. 
  2. A list will populate with the most recently edited products. If you still don't see yours - try searching by name in the search bar to bring it up
  3. Once you locate the specific Product you wish to restore click the blue/purple "View Versions" button beside it.
  4. You can search through the previous backed up versions by using the drop down until you find the one you want
  5. At the bottom of the desired version, click "Restore this version"

The selected version of the Product will now be restored back into your shop.

2. Restoring ALL Products at Once

  1. From your Rewind Home Page (in the Rewind Vault section) select the "Advanced Restore" tab
  2. On the Advanced Restore page select "all Products" from the options available
  3. In the text box next to the calendar icon, select the date you would like to restore all of your Products back to.
  4. In the text box next to the clock icon, select the time you would like to restore all of your Products back to on the selected date chosen
  5. At the bottom of the page, click "Restore".

All of your Products - from this date and time - will now be restored to your shop.
