If the Theme being used in the master store is a paid Theme from the Shopify Theme Store, then a valid purchase of that Theme is also required on every other account for a valid license as well.

This means that the destination store will also need to purchase a valid license for that Theme as well.

Without a valid license, merchants are not able to receive support for the Theme from the respective Theme developer.

We recommend contacting the Theme developer prior to using Replay to copy the Theme, to discuss their protocol and how best you can purchase the license in the destination store once the Theme has been copied over to there.
