Yes, but this function currently needs to be manually done by our dev team.

To submit this request for an entire account rewind you will need to login to the Rewind App and follow the following steps:

  1. Find the tab on the main screen that says "Advanced Restore"
  2. Click on "Advanced Restore"
  3. Click on "All Item Types"
  4. Choose the date and time you wish to restore the account to
  5. Submit your restore request

This request will then be sent to Rewind Support where we will follow up with you regarding the nature of the rewind, what happened in the account and gather as much detail as we can to correctly restore your account.
