Welcome to Rewind! We are so excited to have you on board so we can secure your store data for you - If you've just heard about our One-Time Plan or have already signed up, you're in the right place to learn everything you need about what it covers, and how to use it!

The Plan

This Rewind plan offers a one-time back up of products and lets you restore to that backup whenever you please.

Rewind One-Time is available for  new BigCommerce and Shopify clients with fewer than 10,000 products. The plan is only available for new customers between Oct 15th and December 31st, 2019. What we backup for BigCommerce

Please Note: The One-time Plan has limited functionality, this is a complete list of data we will backup on this plan. If you have this plan and would like more functionality (more items backed up, and more frequent backups) please visit your subscriptions tab in the app to upgrade your plan.

Restoring your data

If the worst happens and you DO need to restore your items using this one-time backup, then here's how you would go about it:

  1. Open the Rewind App and enter the Vault

From here you will  be able to see all the items we have backed up for you.   

     2. Find the item or items you would like to restore and select the 'version'. 

There will be only one 'version' available - the date of your original one-time backup. Select this version to continue with your Rewind.

     3. Click "Rewind" to begin the restore. Once your rewind is completed we will email you to let you know.

That's it! You've successfully restored your data.
