Only your Orders which you have collected payment for are counted towards your Order count in a given month.

In Shopify, Orders have a financial status - only when an Order's financial status is marked as Paid would we add that Order to your monthly count.

So for example: if in a given month, you have 100 paid Orders, 20 Draft Order (unpaid), and 20 cancelled Orders (unpaid), we would only consider your Order count for that month to be 100 (for the paid Orders).
