As we completely understand that sometimes, there is work that needs to be done to a store before the customer wishes for it to go live for customers, Rewind offers its services at no charge for these Development Stores.

Because we have no way at this time of being able to distinguish whether a customer's store is paid or in development, all customers must still select a Rewind subscription and approve their payment information in order to activate the Rewind app and make use of its services. However, we then request that all customers with a development store contact us directly to indicate this, so that we may be able to note this for monthly billing purposes.

For as long as the store is still considered as being in development (it is not "live" to customers), you will technically still be charged for your Rewind plan each month, but we will then immediately issue you a refund every month in the same amount. All of our billing is done directly through your Shopify invoice, so this is where the refunds would be applied.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this information, or wish to let us know of your Development Store for such billing purposes, please contact us.
